I've had rats before. Loved her. Highly intelligent. I'll miss her. If you do think about ferrets, keep in mind that they are expensive. Their food and supplies are expensive. And their medical bills are comparable to ours. Stash away emergency money for doctor visits. They are worth every penny though.
